place throughout the world.
These fine instruments are crafted with prayer and intentional gratitude for the Sound aspect of
God. In the west, we have our own version of this found in the Church Organ and even the
traditional ringing of the bell.
In our modern world, stress has become all too common of a daily experience for so many.
How Can We Reverse This?
Stress affects every aspect of our lives. It impacts our physical, mental, and emotional health. Spiritually, it can disconnect us from our sense of purpose and our intuition. Here are some examples on how sound can reverse this:
Sound Therapy is an effective method to calm the nervous system. This is truly a blessing. It can lead to a profoundly deep sense of relaxation, help to lower blood pressure and provide us with an overall sense of well being. It is in this state of rest, that our bodies can begin their healing.
For mental health, Sound Therapy soothes the mind with divine vibrations. This can be carried out as a facilitated meditation, one can escape chronic anxiety, worry and regret, also see things from a different point of view and receive insights that lead to an improved sense of wellbeing.
Our emotions are powerful. Often times they seem as though they can overwhelm and we have no way to process them without medications. Sound Therapy is uniquely effective for creating a safe space within which we can express our emotions and allow the divine vibrations to assist in our integration of our emotional energy. As we process these emotions, states of mind such as depression and anxiety lessen and can eventually be transformed, the weight can be lifted.
When we speak of spiritual health, this is completely based upon an individual's beliefs. If one is looking to connect with what they believe to be spiritual, Sound Therapy can offer a blissful way to encounter their spiritual nature. Intuitive guidance and reassurance can be found.
As we can see, Sound Therapy is impressively versatile. Each Sound Therapy treatment is uniquely catered to the needs of the individual.
