As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Patrick’s goal is to provide a relaxing, memorable massage that is tailored to every client's unique and individual needs. Every body is different and Patrick prides himself on his ability to listen intently to what the clients desired results are, as well as listening to how the client’s body responds to touch.

With an education in both Eastern and Western massage, it allows Patrick the use of techniques such as: Tui na, acupressure point therapy, cupping, Swedish, and Deep tissue massage.

Tui na is a Traditional Chinese modality, Tui meaning “push” and na meaning “grab or squeeze”. Knowledge of Tui na techniques aid in the treatment of target areas that have tension or knots, but also may be used for relaxation.

Acupressure points are also a Traditional Chinese modality and are located on meridians, which are pathways along the body in which energy travels. Pressing these specific points helps to release stagnant energy to circulate more effectively through the body..

Cupping is another Traditional Chinese Medicine method, using a cup to create suction on a portion of the body. This softens and warms tissue, aids in circulation, releases toxins, and eases pain.

Swedish bodywork is considered a Western method that promotes relaxation and blood flow. Using the Swedish approach to warm the tissue enables deeper pressure to be applied. Communication is key when applying deeper pressure as to keep the client within their comfort zone.

Having knowledge of Swedish techniques, deep tissue work, Tui Na, acupressure points, and cupping provide Patrick for even more ways to reach a client’s objective. Combining these treatments implements a diverse form of massage therapy.

Patrick believes the mind, body, and spirit must be in harmony to heal and prosper. The mind body connection is truly powerful. Massage can provide physical relief, but also mental and emotional benefits as well. Empathy is a cornerstone in Patrick’s character, so having a safe and professional environment is of the utmost importance to him.

Patrick enjoys: spending time with his family and friends, especially with his dog Farley, listening to music, playing guitar, reading, writing, working on vehicles, and all outdoor activities. And of course, supporting the Packers, Bucks, and Brewers!
